Christmas Time Is The Best Time

Hello again fellow capitalist, as you know Christmas time is upon us and I am in the Christmas mood. Do you wanna know why I am in the Christmas mood? Well I will tell you, during the holidays people are looking for presents, and since toys are not for everyone useful business like mine are a hit. In fact we sell 2x more shoes in December than we do in any other month, that is why the little orphans are allowed to work even harder and more hours. This year I am going to try a new way of selling the bad shoes, you know the screw ups. I am going to try this thing and I am going to call it a sale, instead of throwing out those shoes or them not selling they will be around 5 to 10% off the whole break. People will hunt for a sale and instead of asking for a refund if the shoes are bad, they will just say oh well I got them on sale. Have a holly jolly money filled Christmas everyone see you after the break.

Adam Smith

Hello fellow capitalist I have found a believer in us, his name is Adam Smith. He died  recently I would like to pay my respects to the greatest economist ever. Smith was baptized on the 16th of June, 1723 in Scotland. Smith went to one of the best schools in Scotland and learned Latin, mathematics, history and writing, he even went on to attend the University of Glasgow. After his schooling Adam Smith went on teaching, and giving public lectures about "the progress of opulence". After his time teaching Smith went on to write a few books, my favorite is the Wealth Of Nations. In this book he talks about the modern economic system and how "rational self-interest and competition can lead to economic prosperity". In other words capitalism is the key to success in the new world order. Although his book was very controversial it went on to fuel our current way of money making. Until next time I am Robert Baron.

Day in life With a 19th century Capitalist

Every morning I wake up at 8:15 am sharp in my deluxe king sized bed. I am greeted with breakfast in bed, cooked by the finest chef in the country, it usually consistences of eggs, bacon and coffee. After breakfast I put on one of my custom tailored suit which is accompanied by a silk top hat and freshly cleaned cane. My butler then escorts me to my carriage where I am taken to the shoe factory where I make my riches. Through the country side we travel until we reach the disgusting city where many bums call home. Immediately after I arrive, over payed orphans crowd me asking for money of course I have already payed them by building my factory next to their orphanage where they are allowed to work for free. It takes a few knocks to my cane before they clear the way so I can monitor the change of children from night shift to day. If they do not make 10 shoes an hour they are whipped two times more than shoes they came short on.  My cane is a little bloody but that is okay my butler will wash it tonight. After approving the factory is running efficiently, my stand in takes over as I return home for a delicious lunch accompanied by caviar. After lunch we proceeded back to the factory to check in again this time the kids had learned their  lesson and stayed well back and on task. The children work till 10 but I do not enough time have to watch the filthy animals all night, besides I have a fox hunt tomorrow morning. On my way home I pick up a fellow capitalist to discuss business over a nice slow roasted pig and tea by the fire. Then I return to my deluxe king bed for a nice sleep.

Starting Your Own Monoply

Hello fellow Capitalist, I Robert Baron have found a new way to make more money with half the total cost as before. Instead of sometimes paying children or dirty no money low life's way too much money, we can now use a machine to speed their jobs  upand the best part is they do not ask for money every month or so. I have contacted a fellow by the name of Charles Goodwelt jr. he has agreed to let my company use the machine. You can find inventors hungry for money all over the world. He will produce the  machine and I will be able to double my output of fine shoes. Now you these new machines are pricey but in the long run you will make a lot more money cause you only have to buy them once. Spend wisely my friends.
